1. General provisions

1.1. This document is a public offer of Sole Proprietor (FOP) Rodion Ahafonov (hereinafter — the "Seller"), Taxpayer ID (RNOKPP): 3644500837, within the meaning of Articles 633, 641 and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce", to conclude a contract for the sale of goods presented on the website lostkidsclub2000.com (hereinafter — the "Website", the "LOSTKIDSCLUB2000 online store") on the terms set out below.

1.2. This offer is addressed to an unlimited number of legally capable individuals (hereinafter — the "Buyer").

1.3. Placing an order on the Website and/or paying for goods constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement in accordance with Article 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

1.4. The Seller reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement. The new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the Website and does not apply to orders placed before its publication.

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer to the Buyer the ordered goods (clothing, accessories and other goods presented on the Website), and the Buyer undertakes to accept the goods and pay for them on the terms of this Agreement.

2.2. The name, price, sizes and availability of goods are indicated on the relevant pages of the Website. Product images may differ slightly from the actual appearance of the goods (including due to the settings of the Buyer's screen).

3. Placing an order

3.1. Orders are placed by the Buyer independently via the shopping cart on the Website, providing contact details and a delivery address.

3.2. After placing an order, the Buyer receives a confirmation to the e-mail address provided. The Agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer pays for the order.

3.3. If the ordered goods are unavailable, the Seller notifies the Buyer; the funds paid are refunded to the Buyer in full within 7 (seven) business days.

4. Price and payment

4.1. Prices on the Website are indicated in euros (EUR). The final price is the price effective at the moment the order is placed.

4.2. Payment is made in non-cash form by Visa / Mastercard bank card or via Apple Pay / Google Pay using the plata by mono internet acquiring service (JSC "Universal Bank", monobank). The Seller does not receive or store the Buyer's bank card details.

4.3. The goods are considered paid for from the moment the funds are credited to the Seller's account.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery is carried out within Ukraine and abroad by delivery services (in particular Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta or international carriers) selected by the Seller, to the address specified by the Buyer when placing the order.

5.2. Delivery time depends on the carrier and destination and is usually 2–14 business days from the moment of dispatch.

5.3. The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the Buyer receives the goods.

5.4. Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer must check their completeness and the integrity of the packaging.

6. Returns and exchanges

6.1. In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the Buyer has the right to return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment of receipt, provided the goods have not been used, their merchantable condition, consumer properties, seals, tags and the sales receipt have been preserved.

6.2. The list of goods of proper quality not subject to return (in particular underwear) is approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of 19 March 1994.

6.3. If defects are found in the goods, the Buyer has the rights provided for by Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

6.4. To return goods, the Buyer contacts info@lostkidsclub2000.com. Funds are refunded by the same method used for payment, within 7 (seven) business days from the moment the Seller receives the returned goods.

6.5. The cost of return shipping for goods of proper quality is borne by the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

7. Personal data

7.1. By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data (full name, phone number, e-mail, delivery address) in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", solely for the purpose of performing this Agreement.

7.2. The Seller does not transfer the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except where necessary to fulfil the order (delivery services, payment service) or where required by law.

8. Liability of the parties

8.1. The parties bear liability as provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine.

8.2. The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by the carrier, or for the inability to fulfil an order where the Buyer has provided inaccurate details.

8.3. The parties are released from liability for non-performance of obligations in the event of force majeure, in accordance with Article 617 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1. The law of Ukraine applies to the relations between the parties.

9.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached — in court, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

9.3. The invalidity of any individual provision of this Agreement does not entail the invalidity of the Agreement as a whole.
